Dvdxsoft Sound Recorder XP 2.99 is a tool to work with audio and lets you save, edit and record any sound that is captured by your sound card.

In other words, external sounds captured by a microphone, or internal sounds the card itself captures, like for example the sound generated by the player (Windows Media Player, Real Player, iPod, etc), audio from a Flash animation, game sounds, etc.

To the recorded sounds you can add different types of effects and filters, and save them in WAV, MP3, OGG and WMA formats.
